2440MMx1220MMx6mm Medium Density Fiberboard have different grades to satisfy different quality requirements. Basically E0, CARB P2, E1 has lower formaldehyde emission, but E2 is widely used and mostly purchased. 2440MMx1220MMx6mm Medium Density Fiberboard can be easily cut, nailed, groove, planed, etc. High quality MDF or HDF has very good physical properties to fit different complex processing by customers.
2440MMx1220MMx 6mm Medium Density Fiberboard can be directly used in furniture or decoration purpose. Raw MDF also could be used in wider places if being painted, melamine laminated or veneered.
