1mm Melamine HDF Both Sides Laminated

Product Application
Melamine is a man-made product made of an organic compound combined with formaldehyde. It is a thermostatic plastic material that is applied on to the core panel mentioned above. Every melamine board has a consistent colouring and grain pattern. It is durable to years of commercial use, easy to clean and won’t discolour from heat or age.

Our newly developed 1mm high-density fiberboard has a density of up to 950kg/m3, which has reached the advanced level of similar products in Europe and America. If customers have higher density requirements, we provide customized services.

1mm HDF board has good flexibility. It is especially suitable for the outer packaging of cylindrical steel bodies. It can also be double sides laminated and then attached to other materials.

The bottom is 15mm MDF, other sides is 4mm MDF ，steel strip 4x8.
